Quality Guarantee

At FCB Art, every artwork is made to order by our in-house manufacturer with premium care and materials. Because each piece is custom-produced, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders. However, your satisfaction is our priority — and we guarantee the quality of your order.

If Something Goes Wrong

Damaged, Defective, or Poor Quality Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or not as expected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@fcbart.store. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we’ll offer you one of the following:

• A free replacement order, or

• A full refund.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your order is lost in transit, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will issue a replacement or a full refund after confirmation.

Orders Returned to Sender

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, rejection, or being unclaimed:

• You may place a new order with the correct details.

• After verification, we can refund the product cost (shipping charges will apply to the new order).

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear on your account.

Important Notes

• Since each artwork is custom-made, returns for size, design, or personal preference are not accepted. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

• All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within the timeframes listed above.

Summary

Damaged / defective artwork ------ > Email us within 7 days + photo --------> Replacement or refund.

Lost order ----> Notify within 21 days ------------> Replacement or refund.

Returned to sender -----------------> Place new order + contact us ----------> Refund for product cost.

Change of mind / wrong details ----> Not eligible. Review details before ordering.
